Our goal for every order: a satisfied customer. That's why we offer you a 14-day money back guarantee, on top of our warranty and RMA procedure for defects! If the product doesn't meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you will get your money back. We do require that the product is sent back in its unopened original packaging within 14 days after your order was delivered.
Please note: in order to qualify to get your money back, you must first contact the help desk and await instructions before sending back your product
All our products come with a 12-month warranty. Warranty is applicable if the buyer has installed the battery properly in the device and has treated the battery correctly.
Batteries are subject to wear. This means that the lifespan of a battery will decrease if it is used more often. Moreover, the quality of a battery will decrease over time, even if it is not used. More about characteristics of batteries can be found in the following article: Batteries.

If you have a problem with a battery you have bought with us, please contact us first. We will process your request and try to find a solution for your problem. If the problem cannot be fixed by means of our help desk support, we will generate an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for you. We advise to return your battery in a firm (bubble) envelope. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the envelope and is written on a paper inside the envelope. By means of your RMA number, we are able to identify the battery as it arrives at us. If inspection concludes that the returned battery is defective, a new battery will be shipped out without extra charge.
Please note: we cannot process returned batteries if you have not yet received an RMA number.
