I've received a battery that was not working and was instructed to return it. Had some problems to do this because of civil aviation security restritions. After a contact to the cliente service, a new battery was sent to me without the need of returning the defective one. The new battery is working perfectly.

First I was a bit puzzled because I had not received the exact product I ordered, but a quick exchange of e-mails with B.O. employees and some online searching yielded a very satisfying conclusion to those matters: The product I had ordered was an obsolete type and the replacement I had received was more than compatible with my requirements. The product I received works and performs just as expected and I am very pleased with it.
