About the product:
The battery does its job well. However it fits so tightly into my HP laptop that at one end it seems it has not engaged. This does not effect its performance but it makes it difficult (but not impossible) to remove the battery when necessary. Otherwise it is perfect..
Contacts with Battery Upgrade, the price and the new battery all worked out just fine. Disappointed that it took much longer to arrive than the advised time. New Zealand is at the bottom of the world and every thing takes longer to get here. However, with this in mind I will be looking at this supplier next time I need a new battery. Thanks.
