Very satisfied with my order..It has turned a laptop that I could hardly use as the original battery was not charging. My battery arrived within a week after I first ordered and I was sent an email every step of the way. Was a bit worried at first when my credit card was charged in Euros but that wasn't a problem

I turned to BatteryUpgrade.com out of desperation; my 74-year old father had been spending days in the killer Delhi summer (45-deg C) heat trying to find a replacement battery for his Acer Aspire laptop. None of the dealers had it and Acer India's response to my email was truly apathetic (read: non-existent). About the product:
I ordered a replacement battery for my dad's Acer Aspire 5500 laptop. I got a battery that had even more juice than the one it replaced. If I remember correctly, the battery was delivered on the 7th or 8th day, well within the stipulated 14. The battery was nicely wrapped and padded for the journey, and has been working great ever since. Thanks, people!
