Very easy to search and find items I wanted. The accessories I required were for equipment dating back over 20 years ago so hard to find. Delivery and response to questions first class. Will definitely use again.

About the product:
Seems OK but disappointed that the battery does not charge in the original Panasonic charger and there is no way of knowing how much charge is left when using with camcorder. However, battery is much cheaper than Panasonic one so perhaps I was expecting too much.
