Initially I had some issues with the product I purchased, but the support service was second to none. At least two different technicians helped resolve the problem I was having which had nothing to do with the battery itself. The communication was excellent and they made me feel as if I was important to them. What fantastic service. Buy something and try it yourself, you wont be disappointed. I will be buying again from these people! Don't worry about product coming from Hong Kong, delivery is fast within a week.
