Very good, reliable service. The battery was packed securely and arrived in good condition. The only slight problem was that I had no idea when to expect the courier and I was out, and the package was taken back to the depot, where I collected it the next day.

The correct item was shipped (a mobile phone battery) and my phone now works well.
I have had a number of technical queries re my battery replacement and these have always been responded to promptly and helpfully. I am still trying having problems with my battery replacement but am hoping to resolve these when I'm able to get to my local mobile phone store once technicians are working again post easing of lockdown. I'm not sure if it's my phone or the battery replacement which is the issue. I will continue to use BatteryUpgrade.co.uk in the future due to the high standard of customer care.
