About the product:: We have problems with the battery ordered by the order no. 54753623. The battery seams to mulfunction (it's empty). We can not charge it. The device which should use the battery works OK with a similar one, and if we use the delivered one with the device which has it's own battery of the syme tipe, it doesn't work at all. Could You please instruct us what to do, and how to obtain a new battery within a warranty period. (what about the RMA number). Thank's for Your time.
