Excellent Customer Service I purchased a C6L previously about 2 years ago to fit a Pure Evoke - 3 DAB radio. There was a problem with the charging. I returned it but thanks to iPost parcel service it got lost (didn't even get registered at their depot). After two months of fruitless online banter with iPost Parcels I gave it up for lost. They would not reimburse me for the loss. I contacted Battery Upgrade quoting the returns number and iPost parcels tracking number. they immediately sent a replacement. This has worked perfectly to date with no degradation of capacity.
About the product:
Makita 6095DW Drill/Driver battery. No problems not had much use out of it yet but well made, well packaged. Would recommend to anyone. First port of call for a reliable quality product.
The product was an exact replacement for the (very)old battery. Unfortunately it wasn't the battery which was faulty but the charger. Do you sell replacement chargers for my purchase as would certainly buy from you again?
