I was a little anxious at first not knowing your company, and it took awhile for the battery to arrive. Once I had received the battery and used it I was very pleased, I have used and recharged it several times now and I am very pleased with it.
About the product:
The battery looks and works as well as the ones I had when my drill was new. Although, my drill is blue and the new battery is red, But I can live with that.
