Having ordered a battery for my Palm m515, I was surprised and delighted that I receieved the order by normal post within 7 days: Hong Kong to Denmark. Unfortunately, I was sent two screwdrivers of the same size, which didn't fit. I was sent the correct one without charge or problem.
