3 emails confirming order on day the order was placed, 1 from paypal next day confirming payment and 1 from batteryupgrade confirming shipment was ready, battrey arrived 1 week later, excellent, only problem was I thought it included the screwdriver to remove torx screws but it didnt. However used a small screwdriver and replaced torx screws with ordinary screws. Palm working perfectley again
