Battery replacement is great. Perhaps your website should point out that products are shipped from Hong Kong and so can take longer to arrive. I assumed my battery would only take a few days as I thought it was coming from Netherlands. Some companies provide tracking information but information on approximate expected arrival would help, even just to say that it can take 3 weeks or whatever. Otherwise very happy. JB
