About the product:
Seems to be fine and lasts longer than my old battery. Once or twice my laptop has warned it may be incompatible and has hibernated, suggesting I remove and reinsert the battery; then it's been OK. A longer product description specifying that that batter was larger than the standard part and has feet to raise the laptop up at an angle would have been useful.
They really worry in all moment about the client's satisfación and they respond in the face of any information that you/they are requested on the product. Speed and effectiveness in the administration of an order.
