I placed the order and did the payment by Visa immediately after. Next day I received a message telling that there was no payment done. It took several days before the payment was confirmed. This caused a delay of two weeks before we received the battery.
Was easy to find the right part; efficient service and fast shipping; good price.
About the product:
Seems to be fine and lasts longer than my old battery. Once or twice my laptop has warned it may be incompatible and has hibernated, suggesting I remove and reinsert the battery; then it's been OK. A longer product description specifying that that batter was larger than the standard part and has feet to raise the laptop up at an angle would have been useful.
