Actually, there was a problem, because the delivered battery was not the ordered one. But with the costumers' service it was settled very efficiently and return of postal costs was done in only few days. In spite of this episode, I will suggest BatteryUpgrade.com to my friends.
Fast delivery. I was a little confused about the cost though because instead of asking me to pay in New Zealand dollars, I had to pay in Euros which meant that I could not pay into the Battery Upgrade bank account. The account numbers were really confusing too, and I had to end up paying with credit card which was not my preferred payment method.
