Prompt service, easy to use website. I had trouble finding the right battery and you were very helpful in identifying what I needed. I had found HP to be very unhelpful, with zillions of possibilities and no useful help.

Excellent so far, my computer now behaves as it should, holding its charge for days on standby rather than a couple of hours.
Lifetime of battery is the most important feature, but I just started to use it, so it remains to be confirmed. The battery was as described so I smoothly plugged it in the laptop.
