General:: The customer service is very good. Detailed information about the battery shipping and delivery as well as invoice are available online at the customer's account, which is very user friendly and easy to use. The battery delivery was performed in reasonable time (within 10 days after the order).
About the product:: The battery was not exactly the native battery for my computer but it fits and so far works well.
