had a problem with delivery of a battery but when i notified the office they were so helpful and i had the product in a few days,very impressed indeed.
I have used this firm for many years, although not that often. Products bought have always seemed well made, and last better than other battery suppliers I have tried on occasions. Service very good with any mistakes in my ordering quickly sorted out.
About the product:
A larger capacity battery than standard at a good price, and fitted our old laptop perfectly. One beneficial side effect was the underside of the laptop now raised slightly higher than before because of the moulded ridge on the new battery, so cooling of machine better.
