The batteries (1100 mAh) work smoothly both on 30Gb 3rd gen iPod and also on slimmer 20Gb (I had to push a bit to fit the battery as the 20 Gb is slimmer). The plastic tools for changing the batteries are quite horrible, I used some screwdrivers... anyway the battery is incredible, last long and it's quite simple to change! Thanks Raffaele
