The service and communication was excellent but it was not clear whether the item was going to be sent via courier or normal post. I therefore gave the wrong delivery address. At the time of delivery I did not have access to my e-mail and did not realize that the couriers were at my home three times already and was ready to return to sender. Fedex was very helpful and they changed the address... Parcel delivered. Please ensure the the delivery method is stated clearly.
About the product:
The product works well. No problem. It is too soon to notice any capacity fade etc.
