A battery is subject to wearing out. This means that the lifespan of a battery will decrease if it is used more often. Moreover the quality of a battery will decrease over time, even if it is not used. More about characteristics of batteries can be found in the following article: Batteries.

  RMA

If you have a problem with a battery you have bought with us, please contact us first. We will process your request and try to find a solution for your problem. If the problem cannot be fixed by means of our helpdesk support, we will generate a RMA number (Return Material Authorization) for you. We advise to return your battery in a firm (bubble)envelope. Please make sure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the envelope and is written on a paper inside the envelope. By means of your RMA number we are able to identify the battery as it arrives with us. If inspection concludes that the returned battery is defective, a new battery will be shipped out without extra charge.
Please note: we cannot process returned batteries if you have not yet received a RMA number.
