My Order of 2 3500mAh Batteries for my HTC S710e included 2 free back covers, and although one cover was dammaged in shipment, I had no problems getting a replacement cover quickly (Customer-Service was V.Good). I would recommend Battery Upgrade to anyone who needs a Battery, that is otherwise unobtainable locally.
