Irritiert war ich über das Lieferprocedere, zwei baugleiche Accus aus einer Bestellung wurden zeitversetzt versandt. Nach Rüge nach der 1. Liefg. erhielt ich schnell eine Mail von der Kundenbetreuung, das dies eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme sei, um Sendungsverlusten vorzubeugen; Ein Hinweis bei der Bestellung könnte dieses Missverständnis sicherlich von vornherein ausschließen. Ansonsten Lieferung in angemessenem Zeitrahmen, EMail-Support sehr angenehm zeitnah, Preis-Leistung ok. FAZIT: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

I was quite suspicious at first because it seemed a bit too good with free shipping and all, but I read some reviews and thought I should give it a try. I am very pleased with the service as I experienced no problems.

About the product:

I bought some battery loader for my boyfriends ACER Laptop and it worked great. Unfortunitely he is abit of a clumse and snapped the wire on the train-bed this night so I just came back to the page to order a new one ^__^ and then I thought I might aswell give some feedback. Anyway, it's a great site and the loader that we need is really hard to find, and according to the local computer store it would cost more to fix than the computer itself, well up theirs^^
